Trades Introduction Classes
Apprentice Training Program
A career in the trades is a similar structure to a four or six-year degree. It takes thousands of hours of on-the-job training, classroom experience, and the completion of state examinations to obtain a license. The trades are a skilled labor job, where no student loans are necessary. As apprentices advance, they acquire their own individual tools and are paid a competitive wage throughout an apprenticeship. After 2 years, testing for licenses can begin, followed by further licensing every 2 years thereafter.

We currently provide outreach and awareness of a trade career, partnering with area schools.

As we grow, the process of creating a class curriculum and structure will soon become a reality, offering introductory classes that teach hands-on basic skills for any trade. We will also offer an apprentice training program to guide apprentice plumbers in becoming a licensed Residential and Journeyman Plumber.

We offer Plumbing and Mechanical subcontracting services to projects throughout Northeastern Colorado, as well as Southwestern Nebraska and the Panhandle.

Peter Rempelos, our Master Plumber and Project Manager, became an apprentice plumber in 2012 in Fort Collins. He quickly became a foreman and has led crews through the construction of many multi-family and commercial projects across the front range and central Nebraska ever since.
Early in his career, Peter began specializing in hydronic systems, bridging the gap between HVAC Mechanical and Plumbing. To this day, he continues to lead the industry on modern high-efficiency systems.
In 2023, Peter obtained a Colorado Plumbing Contractor license and founded PK Plumbing and Heating.
